This year, the McCourt community channeled its expertise and resources to identify evidence-based solutions and put them into action to address unprecedented challenges amid intersecting health, economic, social, and climate crises.
From moving to a temporary virtual campus, hosting 206 courses online, informing COVID-19 related policy discussions, redoubling McCourt’s efforts to confront systemic racism, launching a scholarship fund, enhancing resources to increase collaboration, facilitating Enhance and Advance skills workshops, and welcoming new students, fellows, and faculty –– a year filled with so many ups and downs best concludes with reflection and gratitude, especially for the moments that brought us together.
Below are just a few of the ways in which the McCourt community–– students, faculty, centers, alumni, staff––came together to advance its collective impact and commitment to the common good this calendar year.
