About Us

The McCourt School of Public Policy’s Tech & Public Policy (TPP) program is a connector of threads — threads of research, of innovation, of engagement — that advance a vibrant learning community dedicated to examining and advancing human-centered policy solutions to challenges posed by current and future technologies. 

TPP also serves as a third space for the technology policy community: where policymakers, technologists, researchers and practitioners can convene to discuss and find solutions to our society’s most pressing tech policy challenges. We leverage partnerships at the McCourt School, at Georgetown and beyond, to contribute cutting-edge research that addresses the challenges and opportunities related to technology and to educate the next generation of technology policy leaders.
