CJ Larkin is a first-year MPP student and Tech and Public Policy Scholar at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Before starting at Georgetown, he spent two years as a Govern for America fellow, working on rural broadband deployment and creating a technology ethics curriculum as part of a National Science Foundation grant. CJ is originally from New Mexico and went to undergrad at Wellesley College.
