Current City: Washington, DC

Special Honors: In 2021, I was honored to be chosen as one of the “Leaders of Tomorrow” at the 51st St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland. This distinguished title has been bestowed upon dynamic and forward-thinking individuals globally, facilitating critical discussions on pressing global issues with current international leaders.

It is worth noting that prominent figures such as Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank; Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft; and Jack Ma, Former Chairman of Alibaba Group, have previously been recognized in this capacity, and have actively participated in these symposia, which emphasize fostering cross-generational dialogues and collaboration.

The theme during my participation was “Collaborative Advantage,” and it enabled rich dialogues with eminent personalities including Nobel Peace Prize laureate Maria Ressa, among others. I believe this experience and recognition, grounded in the learnings and values imbibed at Georgetown’s Master of Policy Management (MPM) program, exemplifies the kind of global leadership roles that Georgetown alumni are primed to assume.

Why did you choose McCourt? I was looking for a complex academic challenge and hoped to learn from the most qualified professors and outstanding colleagues with significant professional experience worldwide; Georgetown had all of this and more.

What was the best part of your experience? Leading the Latin American Policy Association (LAPA), serving as Vice-President of the New Students Committee (NSC), and being an ambassador for Georgetown Conflict Transformation Lab (CTL) board, were extraordinarily honorable and gratifying collection of experiences. Overall, my top experience at Georgetown was meeting fascinating and exceptional people from all over the world who started as companions and ended up being my friends for life.
