Kiran Correa

Kiran Correa lived across a courtyard from the McCourt School as an undergraduate at Georgetown but hadn’t initially planned to return or pursue a master’s degree there. However, working at the policy firm Aceso Global cemented her passion for policy development and analytics, and she decided she needed to bump up her quantitative skills. Correa spent the past four years focusing on health systems in other countries around the world and felt a desire to bring her work home. She wants to use her time at McCourt to focus on how health policy intersects with city planning and social justice, as well as the reforms that came out of the ACA. Correa looks forward to returning to her old stomping grounds to earn her Master of Public Policy, this time on the other side of the courtyard.
