Meet the Fall 2020 GU Politics Fellows
With diverse backgrounds, areas of expertise, and viewpoints, the Fall 2020 GU Politics Fellows cohort will share their experiences with students, challenge their beliefs, and open doors into the world of politics over the next few months.
The Institute of Politics and Public Service at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy (GU Politics) is proud to introduce the Fall 2020 Fifth-Anniversary Fellows class. We are particularly excited to work with this incredible group of practitioners as GU Politics celebrates its fifth anniversary this year.

- Lis Smith: Senior Advisor for Communications, Pete Buttigieg’s 2020 Presidential Campaign
With diverse backgrounds, areas of expertise, and viewpoints, this cohort will share their experiences with students, challenge their beliefs, and open doors into the world of politics over the next few months. They’re excited to start hosting their weekly discussion groups virtually in September, and getting to know you during their office hours , where you can build relationships that will expand your network, ask questions and seek advice, and chat about career paths or the latest developments in domestic and foreign policy.
Interested in diving in a bit deeper and working alongside the Fellows as part of a small cohort with your fellow Hoyas? Then we invite you to apply to join their Student Strategy Teams , where you’ll help with research, campus outreach, and brainstorming fresh ideas to make politics work better.
