Congratulations to the 2020 McCourt Fund for Student Excellence Recipients
This year, 11 students received the McCourt Fund for Student Excellence, a ,500 stipend to help support costs associated with unpaid summer internships.
Launched in 2011, the McCourt Fund for Student Excellence provides financial assistance to students who are advancing their careers with substantive and meaningful internships that are unpaid. Each recipient receives a ,500 stipend to help defray costs associated with unpaid summer internships.

This year’s recipients will intern both nationally and internationally with organizations including the World Bank, United Nations Institute for Training and Research, House Foreign Affairs Committee, and more.
The McCourt School believes in experiential learning and supports students who wish to apply their skills and gain experience while making a difference in their field of interest.
