Students’ Celebration Marks Final Weeks Until Graduation
With exactly 100 days remaining until the 2017 McCourt Commencement Ceremony, the Georgetown Public Policy Student Association (GPPSA) hosted an event celebrating the final stretch of the last semester for graduating policy students.

Following a toast and socializing among peers, the group posed for an unofficial class photo in the Old North student lounge.
The McCourt Commencement Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 18 at 5:30 p.m. on the Healy lawn. Following the ceremony at 6:30 p.m., a reception with McCourt School Dean Ed Montgomery will be held in Dahlgren Quad outside Old North.
While this year’s keynote speaker has yet to be announced, previous addresses have been delivered by Gayle Smith, then-Administrator of USAID; Congressman John Lewis; and U.S. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew.
