Nell Nadie is a Research Assistant at Georgetown University’s Evidence for Justice Lab, where she supports interdisciplinary research at the intersection of technology, organizational behavior, and criminal justice. Her work centers on examining how data-driven systems impact equity and decision-making within public institutions. With a background in industrial-organizational psychology and human capital analytics, Nell brings a strong foundation in data science, psychometrics, and policy research to complex social challenges. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources Management at Georgetown University, with a concentration in Human Capital Analytics & Technology.
