Why did you choose McCourt? I selected Georgetown for its unparalleled academic rigor and its focus on addressing global policy challenges. The McCourt School offered a distinctive platform, equipping me with the analytical tools and strategic network necessary to navigate complex policy landscapes and assume influential leadership roles that have significantly shaped my professional trajectory.

What professional/ work experience did you have prior to coming to McCourt?

What was the best part of your experience? At Georgetown, I led as President of the Latin American Policy Association (LAPA) and Vice-President of the New Students Committee (NSC), promoting critical policy dialogues and supporting student integration. As an Ambassador for the Conflict Transformation Lab (CTL), I engaged in initiatives focused on policy-driven conflict resolution. My involvement with the Graduate Association of Mexican Students (GUGAMS) further enriched my academic and professional network, fostering cross-cultural exchange. Among the 12 courses I completed during the MPM, my top 3 were Speechwriting for Public Policy with Sean O’Brien; Multilateral Development Banks with David Fulton; and Public Management with Donald Moynihan.
