GU Politics Welcomes New Advisory Board

Top republican and democratic consultants, leading political journalists in traditional and new media, and eight Georgetown alumni and faculty round out the new Institute of Politics and Public Service (GU Politics) Advisory Board for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Top republican and democratic consultants, leading political journalists in traditional and new media, and eight Georgetown alumni and faculty round out the new Institute of Politics and Public Service (GU Politics) Advisory Board for the 2016-2017 academic year.

“Each of these individuals share our commitment to engaging young people about improving our political system and encouraging them to see politics as a noble vehicle for public service,” said Mo Elleithee, Executive Director of GU Politics. “We could not be more thrilled to have this group as a part of our team.”

Founded as part of the McCourt School but open to the whole University community, GU Politics opened it’s doors last fall as the hub for all things politics on Georgetown’s campus.

GU Politics expanded its Advisory Board from 15 to 18 members in its second year, with several inaugural members returning for the 2016-17 year. New board members appear in bold:
