Paul Ryan — 2012 Whittington Lecture
Paul Ryan (WI-01) is the Chairman of the House Budget Committee and represents Wisconsin’s 1st congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Congressman Ryan has emerged as the Republican Party’s leading fiscal conservative through his bold budget proposals and policy innovation. He authored the groundbreaking “Roadmap for America’s Future” in 2008, presenting comprehensive reforms to Social Security, Medicare.
