Justin Choi is a freshman at Georgetown University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy with a focus on data science and public policy. He is passionate about using data-driven approaches to examine systemic inequities in the criminal justice system, especially structural factors that shape racial disparities in policing and youth outcomes. His research interests center on how empirical evidence can inform more equitable policies, particularly those that expand access to opportunity and offer young people meaningful second chances.
