Congressional Technology & Policy Fellowship
The Congressional Technology & Policy Fellowship is a six-week professional development program designed specifically for key Congressional staff who want to ensure their policies are successful.
Even the least technical policies rely on technology to succeed—technology is now a dependency of public policy. Whether or not the policies we create are successful depends entirely on how they are implemented, and the systems that they rely on. This fellowship equips legislative professionals with the insights to understand how technology can make or break the policies they develop every day.
As part of a select cohort of legislative professionals, participants will engage in case-study-based learning, network with peers across Capitol Hill, and connect with leading policy experts to explore the impact of emerging technologies on the implementation of legislation.
Fellows will receive a certificate of completion, signaling their expertise and commitment to digital government policy.
Who should apply?
Congressional staff involved in policy development, legislative drafting, or program oversight who recognize that technology is no longer optional — it’s essential to policy success.
