Master of Public Policy

The MPP provides core competencies in economics, quantitative methods, management and politics so you can evaluate and respond to today’s most pressing policy challenges with highly analytical skills.

Master of Science in Data Science for Public Policy

A unique curriculum at the intersection of data science and quantitative public policy analysis, the DSPP equips graduates with cutting-edge computational, analytical and governance skills.

The MIDP provides essential technical and analytical skills necessary to make a positive difference in the world, while delivering expertise in the politics, management and ethics of development.

Master of Policy Management

The MPM is for professionals with 5+ years of experience. The program balances analytics, management and substance within policy areas, providing management and analytical skills for advancement.

The EMPL is for professionals with 10+ years of experience. We integrate in-person sessions, experiential learning and a cohort model to give you tools to lead and speak the language of policymaking.

Certificate in Health Policy

Offered by McCourt, this one-year certificate provides participants a theoretical and practical understanding of public policy processes and major health policies and the in-depth skills on how to influence and navigate health policy in an ever-changing challenging political and policy environment.

Certificate in Legislative Studies

Administered by the Government Affairs Institute, this 18-month certificate prepares professionals working or planning to work in an executive branch department or agency, congressional staff position, with an interest group, law firm or an organization affected by federal legislative or regulatory activities.

Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate

Led by the Center for Public & Nonprofit Leadership, this certificate strengthens the leadership and management capacity of individuals working in or with nonprofit organizations through a hands-on, experiential leadership lab.
