Project Spotlight: Technology Impact Lab
Co-taught by Meg Leta Jones (Chair, Communication, Culture & Technology) and Paul Ohm (Professor of Law, Georgetown Law), this interdisciplinary lab partners directly with state Attorneys General to evaluate digital products for compliance with privacy, consumer protection, and AI laws.
Actionable Legal & Technical Briefs
Rather than analyzing theory, student research teams examine platform behaviors in real time. They deliver actionable technical memos, forensic briefs, datasets, and live dashboards during key regulatory windows to support state investigations and public enforcement.
