Michelle Rice
Managing Finance Director, McCourt School of Public Policy
Michelle Rice is Managing Finance Director and Senior Business Manager for the McCourt School of Public Policy. She oversees financial planning and operations for the McCourt School, working closely with academic and administrative leadership on budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and financial strategy. Prior to joining McCourt’s senior leadership team, Michelle held a variety of financial and operational roles within the university and has more than 15 years of experience in higher education finance. She brings extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting complex academic and research operations. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
