Why did you choose McCourt? The econometrics program
What professional experience did you have prior to coming to McCourt? I was in the US government in national security.
What was the best part of your experience? I met my wife at McCourt (formerly GPPI)! Also, I really did learn some econometrics, did a thesis where I applied it to an interesting problem (on foreign policy and international development), and met a lot of cool people who have gone on to do impactful things.
What internships did you have during your time at McCourt? I was working full time while in school for the government.
Undergraduate University, degree, and major: Williams College, B.A. in computer science and music
Hobbies / Interests: Before technology policy, I worked in national security and intelligence analysis. Outside of work I play piano and sing in a choir.
