Why did you choose McCourt? I chose McCourt because I liked the quantitative aspects of the program, and wanted to live in DC while studying policy!
What professional/ work experience did you have prior to coming to McCourt? I worked at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) doing Regional Transportation Planning.
What has been the best part of your experience so far? I've loved getting to know my cohort and hear about all the incredible work they are accomplishing! Everyone is so passionate and involved.
What internships have you had so far during your time at McCourt? I have spent the last year working at the National League of Cities as a Graduate Intern for the Center of City Solutions.
Student organization involvement while at McCourt: I am president of the McCourt Student Association (MSA).
Undergraduate University, degree, and major: University of California San Diego, Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy and a minor in Urban Studies and Planning
Hobbies/ Interests: I am interested in transportation policy as an additional policy interest! Outside of school and work, I enjoy hiking, camping, and reading.
