Why have you chosen McCourt? The McCourt School has so much to offer. I chose McCourt—first and foremost—because it is located in Washington D.C. Having the federal government in your backyard can be scary for many people; but for me, it was too good to be true. This should not take away from the school's renown faculty, its alumni network, the school's endless opportunities, and most definitely, its academic rigor which were all factors that helped me chose McCourt over other policy programs.
What's the best part of your experience so far? It's hard to pick just one thing. I would say both the opportunities that the school offers and the people associated with the school are two major advantages of pursuing your MPP at McCourt. There are countless highly recognized organizations, such as GU Politics, that you can join while at McCourt. Also, the people, whether that be the students, faculty, or administrators, are so welcoming and eager to help you throughout your journey at McCourt.
