Why did you choose McCourt? I chose McCourt for several reasons. One because of its rigorous courses and the capstone project, two for the networking opportunities that it would provide me and third the distinguished faculty that teach the courses with all their passion.
What professional/ work experience did you have prior to coming to McCourt? I completed my undergraduate degree this past May. During my degree, I interned at several non profits ranging from human rights and human trafficking to democracy, advocacy, and lobbying. I took on several leadership roles such as that of the Vice President and recruitment chair for honor societies and UN Women. Additionally, I collaborated several events to enhance the experience of all the members of these organizations.
What has been the best part of your experience so far? The best part of my experience so far has been the opportunity to meet very renowned professionals beginning from professors to colleagues and other leaders in the field. I am extremely grateful for the network that I am building at McCourt and the opportunities that I am learning about through others.
